Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO's) TC140 (R Series) The TC140 series offers performance for shortterm stability, phase noise, aging and temperature stability normally only associated with Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators, while consuming typically <20 mA.
