Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO's) TC-140 (R Series)

The TC-140 series offers performance for short-term stability, phase noise, aging and temperature stability normally only associated with Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators, while consuming typically <20 mA.

F 3 ppm minimum via internal mechanical adjust positive slope. 3 ppm minimum via external voltage, to +5 Vdc No Frequency Adjust. Standard option for 1 ppm and 4.6 ppm for 10 years units. However, this option is available with all Stability options. No user adjustment is needed. Unit is Plug-N-Play. Note: This option is ideal for high volume applications where minimal set-up and testing is desired.
